Preparation
Open the box and empty its content, allowing it to breathe for at least 5 minutes. It is suggested to heat the cod for a few minutes in a pan or baking dish, then serve and enjoy.
To best appreciate it, we recommend serving it with warm croutons or polenta and with the Vespaiolo Superiore wine to best enhance its flavor.

Vicenza-style Salt Cod (Baccalà alla vicentina): rehydrated **North Atlantic cod** (**gadus morhua**) 55%, olive oil 22%, water, skimmed **milk** powder, **soft wheat flour** type “00”, rice starch, salt, onion, garlic, pepper, parsley, sunflower oil, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Creamed Salt Cod (Baccalà mantecato): rehydrated **North Atlantic cod** (**gadus morhua**) 55%, olive oil 41%, salt, skimmed **milk** powder, pepper, garlic, sugar.
Natural Cod (Baccalà naturale): cod (**merluccius hubbsi**) 55%, sunflower oil, salt, garlic, pepper, parsley, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Tai Rosso Colli Berici Riveselle Wine: bottled at the source by the producer, Cantina Piovene Porto Godi – Italy.
